1. Personal data we collect
At sign-up we receive an email address, a name and a profile image from the social login provider. While the Service is used we record request time, model ID, token counts, cost and IP address.
2. Purpose of use
The data is used to identify the account, settle credit, display usage, block abuse and meet statutory retention duties.
3. Retention period
Usage records and payment records are kept for five years under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Everything else is destroyed without delay when the account is closed.
4. Request bodies and conversations
Request and response bodies of API calls are never stored. Only conversations from the Chat screen are saved to your account, and you can turn that off under Settings > Privacy. Once off, later conversations are not kept on the server.
5. Disclosure to third parties
To serve a request, its content is passed to the provider of the model you chose. Models served by a local GPU never leave our infrastructure. Personal data is not disclosed to third parties for any other purpose.
6. Your rights
You may view and correct your information and close your account at any time. Closing an account revokes every API key and forfeits any remaining credit.
