Terms of Service
Last updated Sep 4, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the LLM gateway service provided by MyIP OpenRouter (the "Service"), and the rights and duties of the company and the user.
Article 2 (Accounts)
Users sign up with a Naver or Google account. Users are responsible for their account details and for the API keys they issue; a leaked key must be revoked and reissued immediately.
Article 3 (Credits and payment)
The Service runs on prepaid credit. Credit is topped up in Korean won and deducted per request as it is used. Top-up units and the minimum amount follow the values shown in the Service.
Article 4 (Refunds)
Unused credit may be refunded on request through the support channel within seven days of the top-up. Credit already spent is not refundable. Closing an account forfeits any remaining credit.
Article 5 (Prohibited use)
Users may not use the Service to infringe the rights of others or to break the law. Abnormal bulk requests that disrupt normal operation are also prohibited.
Article 6 (Changes and suspension)
The company may change the model list, prices and routing policy. Price changes take effect immediately on screen and are not applied retroactively to requests already processed.
Article 7 (Limitation of liability)
The accuracy of model output is not guaranteed. Users must verify generated results before relying on them, and the company is not liable for resulting damages absent intent or gross negligence.
Article 8 (Governing law)
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are heard in the court with jurisdiction over the company's address as the court of first instance.
